I've never tasted your products, could you send me a sample?
Yes, wholesale customers only. There will be a charge of $3.00 per item which will later be
deducted from your order.

Is your Jalapeño Jelly really hot?
NO. The original Jalapeño Jelly is considered to be "mild & sweet". The HOT version has more intense
flavor and not as sweet. There is no BURN because the seeds and membranes have been removed
from both versions

Is the Baja Relish sweet, like pickle relish?
Not really. It is slightly sweet with a really tasty bite to it, more like a salsa. You can use it on hot dogs,
hamburgers, quesadillas, and much much more. Visit our RECIPE and PRODUCTS pages. You can also taste
it at the LANDMARK Threatre at the Westside Pavilion in Los Angeles. They offer it with their hot dogs.

What exactly are Pacific Rim Shot and Hollywood Zinger?
They are our newest products. They are extremely versatile sauces that can go from meat entrees to desserts.
You simply MUST try them. They both have absolutely no alcohol, but get the flavor from natural & artificial

Is California Relish another fruit salsa?
Nope. It's more like a spicy marmalade or a chutney made with California produce.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have long shelf lives. Baja Relish lasts at least 4 years. Jalapeño Jelly and California Relish last
at least 2 years. Pacific Rim Shot and Hollywood Zinger last for at least 1 year.

How will I know when the shelf life has expired?
The product will lose it's PUNCH, the pepper will fade away and the flavors
will become bland.
